M-TEC is a much better course.

You will have actual instructors go over your work and give you feedback. At Career Step, your work is automatically compared with a stored online version typed by an MT who may OR MAY NOT have done it correctly. It is difficult to tell if what you have done is correct or not. You also do not get any REAL reference materials except for a dictionary from Career Step, you will get many more from M-Tec that you will need later anyway. I went to Career Step, if I had it to do over, I would go to M-TEC.
