I work for a company, whose name I will not mention, that opened the doors and gave me a chance to work in this field that I love! Lately work volume has been very low. I find myself logging in hours earlier, logging off hours later, to fight for a few lines that would barely qualify me for PT status. Do not get me wrong, I love the field and I enjoy my company, but after a while you just get tired.

I have made attempts to apply for an IC position to help compensate for the loss of work. No one is willing to hire with less then two years of experience. So here I sit, staring at my computer screen willing it to produce some work.

BTW, if you test at a national and fail, they really do make you wait six months before testing again.  I know because I have tried to test again hoping to get a PT position. I do not want to leave my current company. Loyalty to this company is important to me.
