New Movie Out.. Not just Clueless but Totally Clueless
starring gt as the whining liberal elitist with the chihuahua.
You are clueless and hateful
and EVERYTHING stated in that article is LIES!
LOL.....totally clueless. So, gt.....sm
It only matters to you if a Republican's ancient ancestor was in cahoots with Hitler.  But Democrats can skate, right?  Right!  Gotcha!
You are welcome. (and totally clueless but who cares). nm

It IS hateful and it IS totally unnecessary

As a Christian, I personally find it offensive, hateful, rude and totally unnessary.

Hateful because it implies that the atheists or whoever wrote the sign has the handle on "good," as in "just be good for goodness sake."  Rude because it implies that people who believe in God are not as smart as they are.  Totally UNNECESSARY.  No one forces anyone to believe in God and you have NO right to try to ram your nonbelief down my throat.  If you want to put a Hannakuh or however you spell it, tree or whatever next to the Nativity scene, fine, that is not offensive.  OTH atheists believe in  nothing so what the heck are they protesting?  Do they also protest every commercian Santa Claus becaue "THEY" don't believe in Santa Claus?  This  politically correct cr*p has gotten completely out of hand.

nothing hateful written; it is not Totally Unnecessary.

Oops, meant "not clueless." Perhaps I'm not clueless but need to brush up on
nm
Isn't that what you are doing? Telling me...
what to think and what to do? You can state you want free license to kill babies and I can't say I am against that? Get over YOURself.
We are telling you (sm)
The Bible tells us in several books, particularly Revelations. For someone who does not believe, read it as a history book. The fact that everything it says is coming to pass is undeniable. I don't necessarily think Obama is the anti-Christ. I do think everything else is coming to pass though, and we need to be looking for who the anti-Christ is. I have had my doubts in the past about my religion as well, but it is undeniable that the things the Bible predicts will happen are truly happening now.
So, you are telling us that you never
support Bush as our President and yet you expect everyone now to be bubbling over with excitement and accept Obama just because you do and pour our support behind him from day one. It is people like you who are so blind-sided and selfish and think only about yourself. You have been mully-grubbing Bush for 8 long years, so you never once gave him a chance. Obama has not even taken office yet and you are already deliriously happy, how do you know he is going to give you reason to beam with pride? You, along with a whole host of others, are such a foolish child.
You are really telling 1 now, for example
I was on the gab board yesterday and you came over there and started throwing your opinions around at something I said. You should tell the truth (but I guess most on her know about you anyway)- maybe it is just not like you to tell the truth. You gang up on anyone first. Why the capitalization- afraid you cant be heard good enough? Why don’t you just slime away.
Nobody is telling you anything
"You don't know how to be happy without a piece of paper?" Well if that is the case then you and your husband should not be allowed to be married either. Can't you two be happy without a piece of paper. What kind of ludicrous thing to say.

I am a human being. I should have the same rights you do to be able to marry whom I want to. You sit and tell me I should be happy with being discriminated against. Is that what you said about the blacks who had to ride in the back of the bus and not be allowed to sit up with the white folks (before Rosa Parks) - "you should just be happy to be able to ride the bus". Or how about not being able to drink out of the same water fountain as the white folks - "you should just be happy your getting any water at all".

And I'm sick and tired of hearing how we should just be happy to be together and not be afforded the same things that other human beings are afforded. When I can't make decisions about my other halves health care or other issues then yeah, that bothers me. When her family hates us because we are gay and takes everything we have lived for away from us, yeah, then that bothers me.

And you you know...when Judy and Barbara get married in the sight of God, their minister, and witnesses yes, that is "lawful" and their marriage license will say so, and you can say what you want - it means nothing.

But don't sit there and say I can get married but you can't. You can keep your moral values all you want, just stop spreading that type of bigotry. We're are not pushing anything down your throat. We want to get married and live our lives without anyone interfering with us.

You talk about twisting and manipulating. God loves everyone and there is nothing to prove that God disapproves of gay or lesbian marriage. In fact if Judy is dying and nobody will take care of her but Barbara I think God will love her probably a bit more than those who are hateful and bigotted towards them and would let Judy sit and rot in a hospital bed. So don't sit there and twist God's intent into something you want to believe. After we're all gone and moved on in lives I'm sure we will know whether or not God was displeased with us. And for those who are trying their hardest to keep the others unhappy. I'm sure "He'll" have some pretty strong words for them.

God made us human. We are all not perfect by any means. You need to get a clue! God loves all of us whether or not you want to believe that. Yeah, get a clue!

BTW - in case you haven't noticed, you are not god and by your posts I'm sure not going to believe anything you have to say as though you know what Gods intents are because you don't.
OMG! Are you telling me

that N. Korea wouldn't do horrible things to prisoners unless we start it first?  Is that what you are saying?  Seriously....I'd much rather be a prisoner in Gitmo getting waterboarded than be a prisoner in N. Korea.  And honestly.....who the he!! would know what we do to our prisoners unless our brainless wonder of a president didn't decide to broadcast it to the world for his witch hunts.  Sheesh.  This is what happens when people want to know every little detail during a war.  The stuff gets leaked out, our country is torn between the people who agree and the people who don't, and then other countries not only see us fighting amongst ourselves but they also know exactly what we are doing.

No one is telling
you that you can't have orgies and commit sodomy in your own home till the cows come home. What you do in your own home is your business, not the government's. What rights have been taken from the homosexual community? None that I can see. If you're talking marriage--a man has the right to marry a woman and a woman has the right to marry a man, regardless of your sexual dysfunctions.
I'd say I'm clueless at all....

What is with the aversion to telling the truth, or at least providing sources for your claims?  Please, do a different dance than most of the neocons and provide some worthy evidence!!!!  That is all I'm asking.

Not really a hateful person at all....just tired of folks who do not value honesty, that's all.

Clueless!
//
Clueless!!!!!

no wonder the democrats are in such bad shape. you have no idea of the workings of the dow!  Man on manoschevitz!

You are obviously clueless since you have
remotely intelligent. I have a feeling it's because you haven't the slightest idea what you are talking about and you are only here because you love to stir up trash. You enjoy wallowing in that heap. I'll find someone who is capable of engaging in true debate and not looking to get their kicks with juvenile behavior.
TO clueless........
I am sick and tired of putting money in the hands of people who refuse to get off their butts. I do not want to pay for their many many children while they sit at home and wait for the Headstart bus to give their child curbside service so they can have a babysitter for their child all day long, while they do nothing to better themselves, even though they can go back to school during this time, get an education, H@LL FIRE, get a job. Most of these folks are within walking distances to a job but they don't want one because that would mean having to pay their own way in life. They have better than many members of my family who have actually worked their entire lives and haven't asked for a handout while they sit and watch neighbors living in HUD houses, tear them up, party all day and all night, children running rampant all over the place....it's sickening really.

When you see your paycheck dwindle to nothing, just know you can be proud in saying you contributed to the welfare roll.
Wow - you really ARE clueless.
I don't give two poos about gay marriage. So YOUR negaitive energy is misdirected.

I have this mental picture of you.

It looks a lot like Gollum.
You are truly clueless..........
I said there are blacks in my community that do NOT take advanatage of the opportunities afforded them. And, please, no kid around here is choosing to sell drugs to support their families. I was born very poor and I have better since than to sell drugs or steal.

You need to get off your righteous high horse and get a clue. Being poor is no excuse, NO EXCUSE, for murdering innocent people because you want a dollar in your pocket. I didn't have a say in when I arrived either, but I sure as heck know the difference between right and wrong.

BTW, these poor kids's government is not there to SUPPORT them, even though my tax dollars do just that! That attitude is the problem with the thinking of those that think they are "entitled" to more free money. You obviously feel you need the government to make your living and do your thinking for you as well as these kids. Their government is supposed to be there for the purpose of providing a strong military to support the safety of our country, not pay their way through life!!!

There are plenty of poor white kids around here....I spend time in our schools and believe me, there are many poor kids of both colors. Crimes are committed by those of both races, but the greatest number are by blacks. If you don't like those numbers, too bad; those are the facts. Those gangs which you seem to think so highly of only support one thing......more CRIME!
You need to get yourself into one of our schools around here and ask some of the children what they want to be when they grow up......you would be shocked to hear the answers. Some people just live in a dream world. Continue to feel sorry for their situation and encourage that behavior; your attitude does just that.

Clueless......
And who voted for GW? Hahahaha! I'm glad we have mental giants such as you who can sum it all up for us! You sho must make a LOT of money to support all those lazy people out there.
CLUELESS = NOTHING TO SAY!
@@
Clueless
Why don't you stick to commenting on things you actually have a clue about? I'm sure that the president was intricately involved in all aspects of the strategy for this rescue operation, even though you didn't hear about it.
and telling everyone...no demanding
that everyone feel the way they do.  Yes...ugly and evil.  UNPATRIOTIC AND ANTI-AMERICAN.
Never, not in any post, did I say God was telling me to do anything...
nice smokescreen, but a lie. Apparently some people do need training on the stages of pregnancy when they claim that all is aborted is a "blob" of tissue. That is a way to justify it in minds, yes...but it is not the truth. You would think people would at least want to know what they are supporting or choosing. But it is much more difficult when you assign form, a beating heart, things that signify a living human being.

If posts on abortion tire you, for the love of Pete don't read them! How hard is that?? Just pass right on over it. Post the issues that are important to you...like your job, the econonmy, the war, your social security. By the way, while you are researching social security, check what administration had control the first time it was raided to fund other social programs.

Again...do not attribute things to me that I did not say. Abortion is a religious issue to some, a moral issue to all. Do you think you have to be "religious," a Christian, or "know God" in order to be pro life? I beg to differ. You obviously are not a religious person, but that does not mean you are not a moral person, does it? Of course not. I believe abortion to be morally wrong, just like I believe capital punishment to be morally wrong. I believe stealing is morally wrong. I believe cheating on your spouse is morally wrong. I believe pedophilia is morally wrong. And you don't have to be "religious" to believe ANY of those things are morally wrong.

And if that chaps you, so be it. I don't have to apologize to you for standing against what I believe to be morally wrong.

I am tired of being attacked over and over as well, but I guess we will both just have to put up with it, won't we?
Yessss, just keep telling yourself that... sm
BTW, the GOP already filed a lawsuit in Ohio over this early voting and they lost. Stings doesn't it?
Telling someone to "buzz off"
is sort of like someone swearing.........it shows a decidedly limited vocabulary.
no telling where this will lead.

You just proved how clueless you are
Are your paranoid or have you been drinking again?  I love confusing liberals, but then it's not too hard to do.
She's as clueless as the president...nm

They are clueless on purpose ...
it's almost laughable.
clueless...idiots...

You really are clueless aren't you?
There is a word for rising up against your government and our founding fathers made sure the CITIZENS of this country, who OWN their government, had in place a constitution which actually ALLOWED us to rise up and speak AGAINST our government if EVER we felt our government was out of control.

That's why the 'right to bear arms' was put in there or did you overlook that too?

You are so diluded in your thinking that you actually BELIEVE no one is supposed to speak out against their government. Do you know WHY our founding fathers wanted to make sure Americans had firearms? To stand up and resist a tyranical government when it is out of control.

You better be glad somebody cares enough for your backside that they still understand what your rights are, cause you SURE DON'T!

You have no problem with anyone speaking against our government; you have a problem with someone speaking against THIS president, cause he is black and you can't stand it! If you do nothing else, be honest about that at least.... it's so obvious!
You are truly one clueless person.

You are truly one clueless person.

Nobody's telling her she doesn't have a right to speak.sm
She just needs to realize that everyone does not feel the way she does and YES, I have family members who are in Iraq right now who do not support this war, so the OP was not exactly right.
My point is, he is telling a different story now...
that he is writing a book than he did under oath in front of Congress. There has to be a reason for that. He still says he was wrong in the intelligence, he admits that he said *slam dunk* in reference to WMD, and he said in the congressional hearings that he believed there was WMD. Now he says different. Now he is trying to say that, in so many words, they wanted to go to war so badly that they believed his bad intelligence. That is NUTS, I am sorry, and I don't need a news outlet of any bent to tell me that. I watched him testify before COngress on TV. I know what he said. He is not the only one who believed it...a lot of intelligence agencies all over the world believed it. He just does not want his legacy to be that he gave the wrong intelligence that started the war. Well..too late. He was the head of the CIA and the buck stops there. He has already been caught in two lies. Perle was not even in the country at the time Tenet says he talked to him. Tenet lied. They have the documentation that Perle was in another country for Pete's sake. At this point I don't believe a word the man says. As to Clark...do some research on him and you will see that he was saying the same things as Tenet to the Clinton administration. Guess he believed it when he was saying it, but not when Tenet was saying it. The issue here, however, is not Clark and Powell. It is Tenet. He was the head of the CIA. Either he is lying now in the book or he lied under oath in front of Congress. Either way, he is a liar, in my opinion.
Strange, they keep telling us in Oregon...

That it will all come down to us.

I certainly hope that's true because we hate Hillary AND McCain.

With all due respect....you are telling me to back off? lol.
Whether I ever win or not does not matter...I will not stop the battle and I will not cease calling it what it is...horrific torture/murder of the unborn. I feel the unborn have the right to life, just like you have a right to life. I advocate for both of you. You want to fight for the right to murder the unborn and give others the right to murder their unborn in the name of YOUR uterus, YOUR choice, that is your prerogative. Just like fighting against it is mine. Last time I looked, that is every American's right. If Darryl Hannah can climb a tree to save it, I think I should be allowed to speak on behalf of the unborn. Lotsa times she doesn't save the tree, bhut she is still gonna climb'em. Sheesh.

So are you telling us that OBAMA is a freak

being a Christian and all???

You don't believe in freedom of religion.  You are against Christianity.  Oh, except for O, he can be...because he is your personal savior?

Then why aren't you telling that to the poster
@
Wow, telling statement at the end of that post sm
"But Obama knows what con men have long known, that their job is not to convince skeptics but to enable the gullible to continue to believe what they want to believe. He does that very well.”

Oh, and you are a real "class act" telling someone
to "buzz off."
You're not telling the truth.

One more time, THIS IS FROM OBAMA'S WEBSITE.  Point out where it says "required" or "mandatory" or any other such similar word.  The word "REQUIRED" came from the propaganda site -- it was invented -- and linked to Obama's site.

BELOW IS WHAT CAME FROM OBAMA'S SITE:

America Serves

"When you choose to serve -- whether it's your nation, your community or simply your neighborhood -- you are connected to that fundamental American ideal that we want life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness not just for ourselves, but for all Americans. That's why it's called the American dream."

The Obama Administration will call on Americans to serve in order to meet the nation’s challenges. President-Elect Obama will expand national service programs like AmeriCorps and Peace Corps and will create a new Classroom Corps to help teachers in underserved schools, as well as a new Health Corps, Clean Energy Corps, and Veterans Corps. Obama will call on citizens of all ages to serve America, by setting a goal that all middle school and high school students do 50 hours of community service a year and by developing a plan so that all college students who conduct 100 hours of community service receive a universal and fully refundable tax credit ensuring that the first $4,000 of their college education is completely free. Obama will encourage retiring Americans to serve by improving programs available for individuals over age 55, while at the same time promoting youth programs such as Youth Build and Head Start.

I was just telling my opinion in my 1st post.
Isn't this what this forum is about, posting one's opinion? What's your problem, getting all aggressive. This is the last comment I am reading or giving regarding this thread. So, do not even bother posting.
Whatever...you are so clueless...You wouldn't know the right context...sm
if it bit you on the butt. Too bad, soooo sad.

Yet more confirmation that Georgie is clueless.
Bush Unaware of Ports Deal Before Approval

By TED BRIDIS, Associated Press Writer 45 minutes ago

President Bush was unaware of the pending sale of shipping operations at six major U.S. seaports to a state-owned business in the United Arab Emirates until the deal already had been approved by his administration, the White House said Wednesday.

Defending the deal anew, the administration also said that it should have briefed Congress sooner about the transaction, which has triggered a major political backlash among both Republicans and Democrats.

Bush on Tuesday brushed aside objections by leaders in the Senate and House that the $6.8 billion sale could raise risks of terrorism at American ports. In a forceful defense of his administration's earlier approval of the deal, he pledged to veto any bill Congress might approve to block the agreement involving the sale of a British company to the Arab firm.

Bush faces a rebellion from leaders of his own party, as well as from Democrats, about the deal that would put Dubai Ports in charge of major shipping operations in New York, New Jersey, Baltimore, New Orleans, Miami and Philadelphia.

While Bush has adamantly defended the deal, the White House acknowledged that he did not know about it until recently.

He became aware of it over the last several days, McClellan said. Asked if Bush did not know about it until it was a done deal, McClellan said, That's correct. He said the matter did not rise to the presidential level, but went through a congressionally-mandated review process and was determined not to pose a national security threat.

The president made sure to check with all the Cabinet secretaries that are part of this process, or whose agencies or departments are part of this process, the spokesman said. He made sure to check with them — even after this got more attention in the press, to make sure that they were comfortable with the decision that was made.

And every one of the Cabinet secretaries expressed that they were comfortable with this transaction being approved, he said.

Commerce Secretary Carlos Guiterrez, told The Associated Press in an interview: They are not in charge of security. We are not turning over the security of our ports. When people make statements like that you get an instant emotional reaction.

The sale's harshest critics were not appeased.

I will fight harder than ever for this legislation, and if it is vetoed I will fight as hard as I can to override it, said Rep. Pete King, R-N.Y., chairman of the Homeland Security Committee. King and Democratic Sen. Charles Schumer (news, bio, voting record) of New York said they will introduce emergency legislation to suspend the ports deal.

Another Democrat, Sen. Bob Menendez of New Jersey, urged his colleagues to force Bush to wield his veto, which Bush — in his sixth year in office — has never done. We should really test the resolve of the president on this one because what we're really doing is securing the safety of our people.

McClellan dismissed any connection between the deal and David Sanborn of Virginia, a former senior DP World executive whom the White House appointed last month to be the new administrator of the Maritime Administration of the Transportation Department. Sanborn worked as DP World's director of operations for Europe and Latin America.

My understanding is that he has assured us that he was not involved in the negotiations to purchase this British company, McClellan added.

In terms of David Sanborn, he was nominated to run the Maritime Administration because of his experience and expertise, the spokesman said. Sanborn is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. He is an operations professional.

Earlier, several lawmakers determined to capsize the pending sale said they would not be deterred by Bush's veto threat.

Sen. Joseph Biden (news, bio, voting record), D-Del., said the bipartisan opposition to the deal indicated a lack of confidence in the administration on both sides. Sure, we have to link up with our Arab friends but ... we want to see and those in Congress want to know what ... safeguards are built in, Biden said on ABC's Good Morning America.

Bush's veto threat sought to quiet a political storm that has united Republican governors and Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist of Tennessee with liberal Democrats, including New York Sens. Hillary Rodham Clinton and Schumer.

To assuage concerns, the administration disclosed some assurances it negotiated with Dubai Ports. It required mandatory participation in U.S. security programs to stop smuggling and detect illegal shipments of nuclear materials; roughly 33 other port companies participate in these voluntarily. The Coast Guard also said it was nearly finished inspecting Dubai Ports' facilities in the United States.

Frist said Tuesday, before Bush's comments, that he would introduce legislation to put the sale on hold if the White House did not delay the takeover. He said the deal raised serious questions regarding the safety and security of our homeland.

House Speaker Dennis Hastert, R-Ill., asked the president for a moratorium on the sale until it could be studied further. We must not allow the possibility of compromising our national security due to lack of review or oversight by the federal government, Hastert said.

Bush took the rare step of calling reporters to his conference room on Air Force One after returning from a speech in Colorado. He also stopped to talk before television cameras after he returned to the White House.

He said that members of Congress need to know that our government has looked at this issue and looked at it carefully.

A senior executive from Dubai Ports World pledged the company would agree to whatever security precautions the U.S. government demanded to salvage the deal. Chief operating officer Edward Ted H. Bilkey promised Dubai Ports will fully cooperate in putting into place whatever is necessary to protect the terminals.

Lawmakers from both parties have noted that some of the Sept. 11 hijackers used the United Arab Emirates as an operational and financial base. In addition, critics contend the UAE was an important transfer point for shipments of smuggled nuclear components sent to Iran, North Korea and Libya by a Pakistani scientist.
