the programs supported in the stimulus or just that its more spending at this time and packaged with the stimulus?

I think that healthcare thing might be coming sooner than we think.  I think he's planning on laying out the groundwork for it with his budget -- and it looks like he's getting ready for a battle with that one.  He talks about it in the weekly address. He's getting testy....LOL.
