those who need help. I truly do not mean to sound like a heartless witch when I talk about not wanting welfare. However, too many people are allowed to abuse the welfare system that was designed to help. Instead it is just mooching off of the government to a lot of people and THAT is what makes me upset. I understand that crap happens and we find ourselves in really bad situations, but for those who just don't even try to better their situation and would rather mooch.....that is just wrong. It takes away from the people who really need the help. For the ones who are trying to better their situation, I have no problem with them receiving help. If they are trying, they deserve it.

I have some family members who are nothing but moochers and it really infuriates me to see them not working, having more children, and receiving money from the government when I'm working 2 jobs and busting my hump to keep my head above the water.

I am originally from Michigan and all my family is still there. It is heart breaking for me to see what has gone on with that state. I was born and raised there. Never in my lifetime did I (or anyone else) to see such a prosperous state go down the tubes like it has. I hate to see everybody run and leave the state but you have to do what you have to do to have a job. I love the state of Michigan, have been gone for 24 years. But, if I had my way and my hubby had a job, we would move back tomorrow!!!!!!!! Hang in there.
