Obama's top legal team has already sent a letter to the Dept of Justice anticipating a repub hissy fit when he wins. 

Just because Mickey Mouse was registered - does not mean that he will show up with the proper ID and vote.  i.e. - that is why people have to show ID and have to be reached at the phone number they supplied or their registration is trashed and then when they show up to vote, the information has to match and of course a picture ID.
