I agree with you. I do not want to reward the bad behavior either. I do not excuse anyone in this. And yes, I do blame them. I am simply saying that we can point fingers forever and not change anything. We have a problem right now that needs to be solved. Yes, hold them accountable, but get on with fixing it.
