about McCain or Palin, I certainly don't base it on race. Calling someone an ugly name based on the color of their skin or religious beliefs is prejudice, period. If you want to say something about Obama's proposed policies or his political theories, have at it. That stuff is fair game. But when you slam someone on the basis of race or religion, you aren't any different from a KKK member or any other white supremacist.

If you think the absence of racial prejudice is a "high horse," then you must truly be in some gutter or other.
