false accusations
You know, back in the late 1990's, I belonged to a political group and there was one person who started off posting okay, as the hours went on, her posts grew more and more illogical, like how yours do.  Well, when I finally befriended her, she confided she was an alcoholic and when she first sat down, she was okay, as she drank, her posts did not make sense.  Kind of like your posts.  I have told you over and over, I NEVER wished rotting in hell to anyone on any of these boards, I wish it still for Bush and all that got us into this never-ending war against *terrorism*.  Then you state I called the three cohorts three stooges, nope, not me.  The thing that cracks me up, is the proof is in the pudding.  The posts are here for anyone to read and see that your accusations are false.  So, why dont you just put that bottle down, its only gonna give you major organ damage in the long run.  A nice cup of green tea can be just as relaxing.
Enough of the socialism accusations

Here's you link expanded.

http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/socialism

1.  Any of various economic and political theories advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods.

2.  a:  A system of society or group living in which there is no private property.  b:  A system or condition of society in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state

3.  A stage of society in Marxist theory transitional between capitalism and communism and distinguished by unequal distribution of goods and pay according to work done.

Notice that socialism is predicated on the concept of collective/governmental ownership of private property.  Here are a couple of links for you.  Looks like Obama is pretty much into private ownership.  The list below is of title to various economic stimulus plans.  They pretty much seem to be centered around free enterprise concepts.  Now show me your links where Obama has indicated abolishing private ownership and replacing it with government collective ownership, if you don't mind.

“I believe that America's free market has been the engine of America's great progress. It's created a prosperity that is the envy of the world. It's led to a standard of living unmatched in history. And it has provided great rewards to the innovators and risk-takers who have made America a beacon for science, and technology, and discovery.  We are all in this together. From CEOs to shareholders, from financiers to factory workers, we all have a stake in each other's success because the more Americans prosper, the more America prospers.”— Barack Obama, New York, NY, September 17, 2007

O has some bad friends. Not accusations,
nm
Their accusations as empty as their heads.
That was how they managed to cow the opposition on the other board, Reader - by initiating shocking personal attacks, maybe you recall that if you were there.

But I totally agree with you, you can't fend off a pack of snarling wolves with toy gun - predictable that that is what they WISH we would do . You can't be courteous to them because they see that as a sign of weakness and take it as the signal to go in for the kill. Then they call you hateful if you point out what a lawless and opportunistic group they really are.
Funny, you never defended her accusations against me
When she accused me of having multiple personalities/monikers on this board.  IMHO freedom of speech includes not having to speak to those you don't wish to.  Obviously I am not the only one who feels this way.
Evidently these tiresome accusations
Ever get the feeling you are being tuned out? Boy cries wolf once too often?
Iran's meddling accusations....sm
I disagree TOTALLY with your suggestion how O should have reacted to the ongoing protests, I quote from your psot:

'Yes, it would have been better if he had just said ANYthing just a wee bit strong...hey Mahmoud...couldn't you just stop beating the crap out of protestors in front of the TV cameras? Bad form old boy. Makes you look bad.'

Bad tactic and bad advice.

Sounds like 'cowboy-jargon' to me.

BTW, read the accusations of the Iranian government, although Obama stayed passive and restraint:

'The Iranian government has directly accused the United States of meddling in the deepening crisis. A statement by state-run Press TV blamed Washington for "intolerable" interference.
The report, on Press TV, cited no evidence.'
Phoney outrage over baseless, debunked accusations
x
Gee, it's funny how you guys can go to page 11 to prove a point or hurl accusations.

The debate, actually several of them were with Lurker and are probably on page 2 or 3.  The person you speak of whom you saw was not debating, she was trolling and causing trouble. THAT isn't debate, but maybe we have just solved the problem.  You think it is debate.  Well there you go!
