I say at the very least the owner should get some kind of punishment.
I hate cats. They poop all in my flower beds, kill my baby birds and baby squirrels and prey on my mourning doves. We live on a farm and we have cats that people dump out here. We catch them and take them to the pound when we can, but I just can't stand them. Cat bites are really bad and cause a lot of illness. I don't blame these people for having had enough. If she can't keep him in the house, he needs to go or she needs a heavy heavy fine. It's not funny and it's not cute.
Hopefully, all of Bush's war *capital*
was spent by him on Iraq. I can't fathom him crying wolf again about war in another country the way he did with Iraq and anyone in Congress believing him.

Make one wonder about firing all those Police Officials.
"WASILLA - The Matanuska-Susitna area is the methamphetamine capital of Alaska, according to Alaska State Troopers.
In 2003, authorities uncovered nine meth labs in the area. Last year, the number increased to 42, said Kyle Young, an investigator with the troopers who works with the Mat-Su narcotics team.
Officials with the Office of Children's Services in Wasilla said the problem affects children. The office receives about 40 calls a month from people reporting abuse or neglect involving some aspect of the highly addictive drug."
Food for thought on Capital Gains increase
Anytime you sell anything, be it a home, car, truck, or anything at all that appreciates in value, do you realize the capital gains tax will affect your bottom line?
Say you buy a car for $200 and know it's worth $1200. If you turn around and sell that car for $1200, you're paying capital gains on the difference.
If the O raises the capital gains tax to 24-25% like he wants to, it will be your loss. Do you really want to pay another $250 in taxes on something you paid $200 for?
I sure don't.
