law. It has to go through the appropriate steps in order to get passed. We have a congress controlled by dems.....even if SP wanted to make it absolutely 100% illegal to joint a couple of the same sex.....I highly doubt it would get passed.

Another huge reason why I don't want Obama to win. The dems control congress the way that it is now (and haven't done jack crap in the years they have had control) and with Obama's far left view points and a dem controlled congress.....who is to stop these extreme left views and making things more the middle of the road.
