As far as I know, it's still a federal offense to open someone else's mail (unless King George orders it done).
And nobody has to be *important.* All they have to do is disagree with Bush or not go to the *right* church.
I don't believe Bin Laden is even alive any more, and the timing of his last *threat* is pretty interesting considering it came right in the middle of Bush's hissy fit over people expecting him to obey the law he swore to uphold.
Bush's only enemies are the non-neocons who still believe in the Constitution and can still remember when America was a great country.
