its certainly not a

question of censorship.  As poster noted, the extremists have more than their fair share of media outlets (supported, I believe, by those who thrive on division and bigotry rather than any true love of country).  Rather, it is question of quality of discourse that we allow into our home.  Obviously Ann Coulter does not even believe the bilge that she spews; she simply ad libs outrageous statements until one snags the attention of the media.  We have the right to request that the opinions expressed on major national news stations meet the minimum standards of thoughtfulness, sincerity, and civility. There will always be virtual coliseums where "the folks" can be entertained by throwing humans to the lions, but the guardians of democracy (i.e. democrats) can demand a standard of accountability.
