I'm not sure how to state my point other than to make this analogy: A house that has been neglected for ten years. A family needs to live there. They have no where else to go. The roof leaks, the plumbing is outdated, the floors are rotting, roaches are rampant. What do they do first?

Their burden/financial crisis is not their doing, but they have to, somehow fix it. They have to go into debt. They have no choice... I don't know if they finally make it in the longrun, but they have to work with what was dropped in their lap.

There is no right answer.

I trust him just like ya'll trusted GW.
