I happened to be in Germany right before Obama's visit, and I can tell you they were plenty PO'ed at his audacity wanting to speak at the Brandenburg gate. He got a lot of publicity, but it was not positive. "Sensational global superstar who is now legendary" --- I don't think so. Perhaps you should speak to these people about their feelings before you try to speak for them. Unless, of course, you represent the entire world.
