My husband is a white male construction worker.  He is a trim carpenter and he has done this for 25 years.  He is experienced because he sought out the training and he worked his butt off to learn and do his job well.  Now he is unemployed due to the housing crisis.  So, if O turns things around and passes his stimulus and creates some new construction jobs, why shouldnt my husband be put back to work?  Why should someone who has had no experience and has to be trained get to have the job over my husband just because of their income level or their race?  I am not saying that a minority or lower income person doesnt need a job or deserve a job, I have no problem with someone legally working in our country.  What I am saying though is why should they be picked for a job based on their income or race over someone else?  How fair is that??????????
