Family practiioner states "Diabetes. Suboptimal control with diabetes. I think lifestyle modification is a big part of it. Change his diet. Begin Amaryl 2 mg daily. Exercise regularly. Weight loss. We talked about "Vietta" injections. I will give him some written information about this. I have also given him some written information about hypoglycemia".
