This does not seem to match up for me- would it be intra-lateral with a hyphen or could the doctor be saying interlateral?

Possibly sounds like he could be dictating a fracture that starts with an r or something that ends with an ate. Dictates this particular fracture a couple times and this is all I can get out of it.
