Pertaining to lung sounds.  Well, that's sad.  Globally can be applied to any organ system.  Just because you never heard it doesn't mean it's not correct.

it would be something like patient presents at 7 cm dilation, 50% effaced, with the head at -1, or sometimes just as numbers with slashes 7/50/-1. I'm not positive of the order of the values, though. Maybe someone more experienced with OB notes can help you there. You wouldn't have specific numbers like 6.9 etc., at least not that I've ever heard of. nm
