Can't find a match googling varied spellings, and there are no other clues.

However, for suturing, I do...... 4-0 Vicryl and I try to either use a semi colon before, if possible, to like add it onto the sentence prior IF possible.  


For ages - I put an "A" 42-year-old, or "An" 83-year-old male..... for beginnings of sentences.

Because she is also having hormonal changes but has had hysterectomy in the past, difficult to determine if this would be the time she would be going through menopause anyway, as he had S/L: physical menopause a few years ago. 


It is very muffled and quick.  Slowing down does not help.  Does "physical" menopause make sense (I don't know, as I have not gone through it yet!) :)
