A first for me

Subject: A first for me

I ran across this earlier, and would like an opinion of how to handle it.

Early in the dictation, the doctor states that the patient had a left below the knee amputation and right above the knee amputation. Toward the end of the report, she states a right below the knee amputation and left above the knee amputation.

Now, I know I should not guess here, but should I point this out to QA, or assume that my QA will find it? I am still new, so QA will be looking at the report. I typed it as dictated. Thank you
