This is a pyeloplasty.  MD says, identified the kidney and then after some dissection of the s/l tail of durodas, we were able to identify the ureter.  Any idea?

It sounds like the doctor is saying the patient has "collection swelling" over the olecranon bursa area.  Would this make sense or seem proper?  I assume he is saying there is a collection of fluid.
