ALT and AST.........sm

ALT is dictated as 1746.  Should this be typed as 17.46?

AST is dictated as 1328.  Should this be as 13.28?

    • You can't be sure that's what's meant if the 'point' isn't dictated. - I wouldn't do it. NM Liver failure, anyone?
  • Never seen any that high and never with a decimal value, either. I'd - flag them. NM
