Abdominal exam word-HELP

TI cound not reproduce any pain in the epigastrium or in the subxiphoid area.  There was no s/l bulbar-igmea or abnormal bowel sounds.

HELP!!

Trying to find a word in the abdominal exam..

ABDOMEN:  Positive bowel sounds throughout.  Soft, flat, non (sounds like decendent??)

I keep getting the same dictator who I believe it is during the abdominal exam although he is speaking 3 million miles a minute:

Anyone ever heard of "negative heel strike?"

I've got a machine-gun-speed dictator who is doing an abdominal exam and talks about the Lloyd's maneuver (kidney punch) and then says "negative s/l heel tap." Does anyone know what this might be? Thanks in advance.

There is the Murphy's test, also called kidney punch etc.

The doc dictates:  "No epigastric distress. Negative Murphy's, negative S/L "fisk compression".  The spleen is not involved."

"I think the largest of her multiple breast nodules should be ultrasound core-biopsied in order to exclude the possibility of a Fah-LOI-dees," although given their size, this is unlikely, but given that they have increased in size, it may be possible."

The maternal surface is composed of the usual (sounds like caudalidens).  I can't seem to do a successful Google on this. Thanks in advance for your help. 

She still however has the heel pain. The x-ray done last time showed calcifications in the s/l tendanocrastronimus.

Any help with the above term?

The doctor dictates what sounds like  "the patient mentions that she does have an abdominal cytus inversus"

We then cut to pieces the s/l white vac sponge foam for the undermined areas in the lower portions of the wound and cut the other portion of the wound almost in a small cowboy hat dressing with s/l black foam for granulation.
