Without much context, I'm only assuming that you are doing a psych report as I often come across this.  Not sure about the less, though.

increase in pancreas?

 In recent, increase in pancreas has responded with some improvement. As such, I would suggest that his diarrhea and difficulties are most consistent with pancreatic insufficiency.
