Subject: Again with the assumptions

Stedman's is not the be all end all.  I have found mistakes in the electronic form.  Read my post below about somebody calling me presumptive.  The psychological/psychiatric community who are the experts in this have stated this.  I have a degree in psychology and every professor I had drilled it into our heads that we never say "the schizophrenic patient" we say "the patient has schizophrenia."  While mental retardation is still commonly used, it is being phased out.  HOWEVER, the doctor said the patient was retarded.  How would you feel if I said your kid was retarded or your kid was a retard.  Now do you guys see what a jerk this doctor is?  Like I said they want to be jerks that's their problem but they can fill in the blank I leave because I won't be a party to that.  Like the other poster with the abbreviation that was to be spelled out son of a B-----?  Come on doctors learn some professionalism.
