Anesthesia was achieved with 5 mL of 2% lidocaine plain to the posterior left heel in a B block fashion.
I can't find it. I would appreciate any help with how to capitalize and punctuate or if it could be something else.

This is for a hammertoe OP report: .......2% lidocaine plain and 0.5% Marcaine plain were administered in an ________ block fashion. s/l "H" as in H-block, but I can't confirm. Does that stand for 'hammertoe block"........ or am I hearing it all wrong?
