I'm transcribing a rpt for a pt who is entering a rehab fac for PT/OT. One of the pt's meds is being switched from Valium to Bacosine???
Sorry to ask. It seems I'm unable to locate my drug reference book (it apparently grew legs and walked out about 2 days ago).
