Still not sure about this one, dictated as this:


Cardiac enzymes:  CPK were high, but his MBs were normal.


I'm not sure about leaving CPK as is, or should it be edited to "CPKs" for proper subject/verb agreement? Or possible edit "were" to "was" so it reads:


Cardiac enzymes: CPK was high, but his MBs were normal. 


Thanks to anyone who can help with this, it really has me stumped.
