It sounds like the Dr is saying "rectal fitzgerald repair" done in 1972. Is there such a thing? Or am I off on the "fitzgerald"?

Also, is there something else that is close to sounding like the drug "chantix" (prounounced shantix) This was the only one I could find but states subject is a non smoker.
