Have you heard of "monoventricular" (or mono-ventricular) tachycardia.  Patient had a Holter and had an "8 beat *s/l minor or mono* ventricular tachycardia with a rate of 181 and will be admitted."  Thanks!

A total of three stents were placed to the circumflex vein graft, one of which was a CYPHER drug eluding stent. Following this there was only ((((It soulds like timitu flow).

The vein graft due ____________________ (Inaudible) lesion had severe disease.

It sounds like she is saying due to a long circ lesion?

The EKG is consistent with normal sinus rhythm with no specific STD changes.  .... is STD correct

It sounds like the doctor is saying "  A small T wave isolated was noted in lead 2."  I am not sure if he is saying T wave or Q wave because it sounds like he is saying KEY wave.  any help would be appreciated.  thanks

If her anemia is not progressed any further, I discussed cardiac catherization to further s/l lid-e-ate her anatomy and her treatment modalities.

I might had not heard the first part of the work, or I am just not getting it.

New client, EKG leads are typed as numbers, correct? Not Roman numerals?

Doc is saying: EKG shows: It shows him to be in sinus rhythm.  It shows an old anterolateral myocardial infarction.  It also shows a rightward axis, a right bundle branch block with  SL/"Bog cicular" block. I see a Fascicular Block, but I keep hearing Bog.

Cardiac cath - he stutters, so not sure if he is saying -gray gradient- across the aortic valve or just gradient, because I can't find gray gradient.  Also s/l he is saying -peer- pressure was found to be 22/10 with a wedge of 12.  Peer?

he is giving results from a cardiac catheterization and says something like "By s/l "Vizuessmitted" technique, left ventricular ejection fraction is more in the range of 30%.

Patient has had her sixth pacemaker implanted.  She has had a mild decrease in her ...  Sounds like he is saying "omary ventilation".  What do you think it could be?  Would alimentary fit in?

I have no idea what this ESL doc is saying. He says it in two different sentences. 

"The patient has a past history of (s/l dory predoly) and SVT."  

"He does appear to have (s/l dory predoly) on his EKG, but no recurrence of SVT" 

Any ideas? TIA!

I have a speed demon doc and I am having a heck of a time figuring out what he is saying.  He is so fast I can't even get a sound alike. 

"He has a soft systolic murmur ______ distribution."

Any ideas or know of any place I could search.  Any help is appreciated.
