Subject: Cervical spine screw

The pt is status post cervical decompression and instrumented fusion. Under radiographs, doc states This reveals significant OPLL from C2 to C6-7 with ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament.  There is interval change with ___ screws placed from C3 to C6 with excellent fusion apparent on CT.

Sounds like Neuromass screws. Has anyone heard of this? Thank you!!
