Cracked itchy lips

Subject: Cracked itchy lips

This patient has a rash on his lips.  It is itchy and the lips are cracked.  He has been using what S/L commix or commex?  I don't find anything listed under C or K?  Any ideas?

whitish colored s/l pus, crust, ?? which is consistent with oral strep.  Any ideas?
