I would put in a discrepancy marker at the "second" mouthwash part of the sentence and send it to be reviewed.

While Stedman's Equipment words has it as MediPort, that spelling does not go through Stedman's Medical Spellchecker. It only accepts it as Mediport. That is the spelling I have always used and I've never been corrected. MediPort with that spelling is a company that makes medical imaging display devices.

QA marker, reason being *discrepancy* and then in the QA/QC comment box you need to type what the discrepancy is (keeping it as short as possible)..."MD spells Zelexia, I think he means Celexal, hence true discrepancy"
