rapid advance system

I'm transcribing an op note for a biventricular defibrillator implantation dictated by an ESL.  If I'm understanding him correctly, he says, "A rapid advance system was utilized to cannulate the coronary sinus." 


I've checked my references and googled to see if this rapid advance system is a brand name and can't seem to locate it.  Is anyone familiar with it?

CT drainage of fluid collection is what the dict is saying in the preop dx.  He is doing an exploratory laparotomy.  How should this be typed in the preop dx, as we are not to use abbreviations?
