I googled and I don't get Tiny Tytan, so if you have a source for it, please post it so I know what I am doing! (Live and learn)
Reuter bobbin, Armstrong, Shepard, T-tube...been months since I have done much ENT.

Alpha I (inflatable penile prosthesis) is also correct according to Stedman's GI & GU Words. Can't find the "OGE" though. The abbreviation "IPP" stands for inflatable penile prosthesis. Maybe doc saying IPP instead of OGE? Hope this helps.

The clevinger was inserted, and it was noted at the time that the 2 puncture wounds at the fundus were hemostasic. The fallopian tubes again were identified, and the fallopian tubes were cauterized x3 from the cornuette down to 2-3 cm below the cornuette.
