Clevinger... Fallopian tubes "cornuette"?

The clevinger was inserted, and it was noted at the time that the 2 puncture wounds at the fundus were hemostasic.  The fallopian tubes again were identified, and the fallopian tubes were cauterized x3 from the cornuette down to 2-3 cm below the cornuette.

This was written in August of 2005. If you do a control F, you'll see that Arimidex hasn't been studied much, nor found helpful then, in men. But I see someone else posted that in a google search they found Arimidex used in men so maybe it is now ...
