'POSTOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Hiatus hernia, s/l patch of the Schatzki ring, nonerosive reflux esophagitis, antral gastritis, possible gastric antral vascular ectasia.'

'ANESTHESIA: Midazolam 2 mg IV, s/l pyridine 50 mg IV.'

Not clear on whether patch of the Schatzki ring is correct.

Also, is pyridine a drug? Thanks.
