Her repeat EKG showed some atrial flutter. She had small vessel ischemic changes, significant atrophy but the normal brain otherwise without mass, acute infarct or hemorrhage.
Any ideas?

I think everybody has moved on since this word was posted earlier, but I would like to know what this word means and I cannot find it.
