Subject: ENT question

It sounds like the doctor is saying the patient has IS pexy.  He uses it twice in this dictation....On the right side, he has a flaccid drum and has "IS pexy " as well

He also has some cerumen which was removed and a flaccid retracted drum and some IS pexy.
