The pt has a history of hypertension, diabetes, and ostearthritis. Under lit of meds, sounds like metha-ma-col 500 mg q.d. Other meds are

Lisinopril 40 mg p.o. q.d., metoprolol 25 mg � tablet p.o. b.i.d., hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg p.o. q.d.

___ 500 mg p.o. q.d.

Premarin 0.3 mg, furosemide 40 mg p.o. q.d., Sulindac and

Lortab
