Large left pleural effusion with probable s/l "ectelectisis" or organization. Moderate to large right pleural effusion and s/l "side diesease" is noted.

For "small and large bowel" and for "lumbar and thoracic spine" do I think of it as pleural or singular? Would I type small and large bowel are or small and large bowel is? Lumbar and thoracic spine are or lumbar and thoracic spine is? It gets me every time!

Evidence of old TBC. I'm thinking he means tuberculosis. Is that right. Also under discharge medications he has Rifamate, Theo-Dur and it sounds like he's saying prinsom or primson and taper down over two weeks. Any ideas? Thanks a bunch.
