Doesn't make sense to me but these are the only words I can come up with that is close to what doctor dictates. The patient has WPW morphology type A and is going for surgery. TIA.

At the end of this H&P doc says a heading S/L "ST ETIOLOGY" or "SG ETIOLOGY" or "HISTORY ETIOLOGY" Any ideas? It is the last section of the report after IMPRESSION and includes his recommendations. The patient is complaining of gaseous indigestion.
