mottle or mottled is a purple discoloration of the skin seen sometimes with Dupuytren's.

Left breast has a significant capsular contracture, more so medially, where there seems to be some tethering of the pectoralis muscle which is displacing the implant laterally.
We may have to performan AlloDerm sling medially in order to reconstruct the ______________ of the breast.
