Few question, please sm

1. Patient's differential diagnosis was eosinophilic pneumonia. Silver stains revealed rare features of *fundelform*. 

2. Is there such a place as *Cedar Noles*, in the NJ area?

3. Medication that s/l foslo.  I can't seem to get the correct spelling.

4. Patient has problems with aspiration, coughing and choking when she eats.  Had a dysphagia evaluation and was started on a *sikin* diet.
