Report is for a patient with Arnold-Chiari malformation, procedure is a supraoccipital craniectomy. Surgeon refers to foramen of s/l bigeminy? several times but I cannot document this. Any help appreciated!

that was a new one for me, but kept googling until I figured it out! Thanks for your help, I did not think it was bigeminy either, but that was what it sounded like. He is an ESL neurosurgeon and very difficult to understand.
