The patient had a very large vagal fornoma status post resection of that through a transcervical approach and a right thyroplasty... Cranial nerves II-XII are normal with the exception of the right vagal paralysis.
I tried different spellings, even vagofornoma, and I'm not getting anything to come up on google.
