Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that reduces the natural chemical histamine in the body. Histamine can produce symptoms of sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose.
Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages. Dilated blood vessels can cause nasal congestion (stuffy nose).
The combination of chlorpheniramine and pseudoephedrine is used to treat sneezing, cough, runny or stuffy nose, itchy or watery eyes, hives, skin rash, itching, and other symptoms of allergies and the common cold. Subject: strength under neuological section?

It s/l he is saying "strength within normal limits." Right before that he says "Cranial nerves II-XII were grossly intact", which would go under a neurlogical section. I've never heard him dictate "strength within normal limits" before, but that could go under the neurological section too couldn't it?

Sentence is..." Grip strength was 50-55 pounds on the left and 35-40 pounds on the right..."-----" strength was 11-12 pounds bilaterally."
It starts with a T and is a very short word, may be like Tip but really not sure. That would be a total guess. Thanks for any suggestions!!
