It sounds like the doctor is saying broad spectrum (zocin), (serial exam)---

IMPRESSION:  Clinically patient probably has a small perforation of his colonic cancer without free air or fluid.  No really septic type symptoms involved with the exception of fever.  In my opinion and I have discussed with Dr. ___ who agrees we should admit the patient gentle prep continue the intravenous antibiotics, broad spectrum **,  ** exams and monitoring.  There is no real indication in my opinion take an emergency room patient with a large tumor emergently to the operating room. Tonight  will recommend proceeding the OR in the morning.
