Subject: Help!

This is a patient with tons of diagnoses--mostly heart related.  He experienced sudden onset of right-sided weakness.  Dictator says "Emergency squad was called.  He was thought to be s/l can ay for 2 p intitially, but the CAT scan demonstrated a left thalamic hemorrhage, and the patient developed acute right hemiplegia."  Can anyone help me with what the 'can ay for 2 p" could be?  He says it pretty quickly, but it sounds pretty clear.
